SOLVED. Children/ YA Fantasy about a girl stuck in a house to work by a witch. and there is boy who is tall and very clumsy that wants to help her. I think the witch was known for being ugly. [s]

also the boy would deliver stuff to the house, always bumping his head on the door frame, he was very clumsy and wanted to help the main protag I think.

I remember the illustration of the book cover being green and having twigs, like forest based. and I think the book had illustrations similar to the style of Quentin Blake. I read this book roughly 8-10 years ago

It had some illustrations per chapters or so and it had its amusing moments but it very active. I feel like I can recall the house being able to fly at some point as well but its been ages. unfortunately i dont see the book in the links provided
