Help finding the name of a book about a frog

This is to all my Spanish speakers out there. I am looking for a book as far as I know the book is only available in Spanish it’s a children’s book and it’s about a frog that has an Alligator as a friend and a Toad mom with her 10 little toads. The frog he wants to have a picnic with his friends but the first day he tried to gather his friends they are really busy and don’t have time for him. He gets all sad and falls asleep under a flower where he gets picked up by a giant hand that tells him he can grant him a wish, the next day he goes and tries to look for his friends again but they end up having an even worse day than before so he gets really depressed and it’s sitting on a mushroom but then the whole place starts to get full of water and right when he thinks he is about to drown he gets saved by his friends on his friends alligator boat and after everything he gets to have his picnic. Does anyone know the name of this book? I have been looking for it for a really long time now.

I remember that within the book it had like a little saying when the giant hands pick up the frog and tell him that he can get his wish granted he starts with “Sueños y deseos deseos y sueños…” I’ve tried looking it up that way but it didn’t work.
