Looking for a fictional book about a man who uses a wolf to kill hunters

I know this sounds horrible but I'm looking for a book I read when I was in prison it was about a man who lived with wolves he had a cabin out in the middle of the woods and the wolves accepted him as a member of the pact and he would hunt with them and eat with them and no it's not the jungle book but one day some hunters and a helicopter came and shot every wolf and only one survived the man nursed it back to good health then he took the wolf and put them in a van and he drove to find these men and over a few months he found them all and killed them all using the wolf to kill them The book had a transparent cover with a snarling wolf I believe and I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it or the author's name I can barely even remember what genre it is All I know it was just a book about revenge it was a good book if anyone can help me find this book's title I'd appreciate it.
