Read in 2009 or 2010. Music is a huge theme and I can only remember the siblings all had names, one was definitely chord. One sibling played guitar. Not fantasy. More slice of life, high-school life. Family turmoil but can't remember the plot. There was a big lead up to a lerformance at the end. The cover had a figure of a dinosaur dressed like a punk.
