SOLVED. Ghost girl stuck in men's toilets after being killed there. [s]

I read this probably when i was around 12 or 13. It was about a ghost girl who was stabbed to death by a man in a mens public toilet and is subsequently stuck there because a ghost couldnt leave the place where they were killed unless they take an item from the place with them. At some ppint the murderer comes back to the toilets. there is a boy ghost who helps her get out.

i read it in around 2012/13 and it didnt seem too old. it would be 1990s at the oldest.
