Just started this and around a quarter of the way in. I'm still in the dark as to what is going on, a few possible hints along the way. I'm finding it a really good read and quite original. Waiting now for some kind of explanation.......
I decided to jump in for this one. I've been hearing a lot about it and it's been sitting on my unread shelf (with a lot of company, of course). It's pretty easy to read, so I've been flying through it. Even while fitting it in between other reads I should wrap this up around the middle of the month.
But for a book that reads so fast, the plot moves awfully slow. 100 pages in and our narrator is still trying to figure out what we already learned by reading the back cover of the book. This feels like a short story that was puffed into a 360 page novel.
I'm pretty sure I've figured out who (view spoiler) so let's see if I'm right....
I didn't read the book, but I'm watching the TV mini-series now. It seems like a lot of wandering around trying to figure things out. Somehow I thought it would be differentIn any case, I'll probably read the book afterwards.
Start and finished it today. I could NOT put it down. I am caught up on the TV show and was a little bummed how much of the book it had already covered… but the ending was INSANE! It was all so thought provoking!
