[BWF] Without Warning by Lynette Eason 3 stars

This one would have been 4 stars but it was ruined because I knew who was causing the problems as soon as the character entered the scene in part because she made a mistake with this being the second book in a series. (view spoiler)[In both this book and the first she had a trusted friend be the stalker and it was a rather large jump from one level to another, IMO (hide spoiler)] and also (view spoiler)[the helper was not well foreshadowed--there is only one little part foreshadowing who it is and we didn't get enough of a reason for her to have a good reason to have such heinous plans, IMO (hide spoiler)]. I have rated Eason's books from 2 to 5 stars, but usually 4. However, she started writing in 2008 and this was published half-way between then and now so I will probably avoid all of her books older than this.

IMO her best series overall that I've read is her Extreme Measures series that starts with Life Flight--while I gave that book 3 stars, I gave the 2nd 4 stars and the last two 5 stars each.
