Rachel, I have reached out to Cat/Sass. I am hopeful she will respond promptly. Read your other books in the meantime.
Ultimately if she fails to do this, she simply won't get a review from you for this round and I will mark you as having completed your obligation.

Also question? Is it ok if I send an updated file to people who haven't already read my book for their round yet? I realized that I sent old files/uploaded the wrong things to Amazon.

Or they could update it in Amazon. I will have the new file uploaded later today.

I'm in the process of changing my author name and reuploading corresponding files, and things have gotten a little crazy between multiple versions of wrong epubs/pdfs

Rachel, you should send an updated file directly to people who haven't yet begun reading.

In my experience with Amazon, when you update, it will update your file for people who have never downloaded your book before (in ebook, in KU), but even if someone goes back and deletes the book and buys a new copy, it will usually just send them the same copy they originally downloaded, unless you publish an entirely new edition of the book. Perhaps others have had a different experience!
