I read this book in January and LOVED it! It’s my favorite 2024 read thus far. I too have recommended it to others often and discussed themes it covers in hypotheticals and “If you ever had too…”.

I read this when it was first released and planned to reread this month with the group....but... admittedly I'm still trying to finish "The Skeleton Key" from the group read a few months back. I got a late start on it, and feels like I've been reading it forever without making progress.

@Dmitrii i am hoping to fly through this one to compare the show!! Good to know its done well. Ive read too many recently where the show/movie did a terrible job depicting it 😩

I’m going to need to read this again now that there is a tv show. It has been 2 of so years ago when I read it but it’s a book I often recommend.

I read this book in 2017 and loved it. I need to review it but I remember most of the content.

So far i am enjoying how fast paced it is in the beginning. Will it continue this momentum through the story? Sort of reminds me of Peter Swansons a Kind Worth Killing

Starting this one as soon as I have finished All the Light We Cannot See. Really enjoying the other---but also am excited for a bit quicker paced book.

I am currently listening to it. Listening to Chapter 10. This is my second read by Blake Crouch. I am once again pleasantly pleased.

I read Dark Matter in 2016 or 2017 and enjoyed it. I need to review my highlights although I remember most of the content. I enjoy Blake Couch's style of writing and his books.

I am almost 50% through, and im itching to start the series!!! I hope it does it justice!

Really fun read. Blake Couch is a very stimulating writer. His catalog is a fun exploration.

Stimulating is a good word to describe his writing style. For the type of subject matter it is, he keeps it easy to understand without overdoing any explanations or details that tend to confuse/lose me in a story.

Did anyone else question his money totals throughout the book? I find it funny how little money seems to go a long way for him. I almost want to reread this to calculate it all out

I do not remember the money aspect in the book since I read it so long ago but that is a common element in many books that is not addressed.
