Lady J. Raquelle | 27 comments I have a Classic book club on the Fable app! If you want to join, it's called "Through the Classic Glass"

I'm slowly going through the Classics myself. But I can currently recommend:

1. Pride and Prejudice
2. Jane Eyre
3. Villette
4. The Age of Innocence
5. Little Women
6. White Nights (Russian classic)
7. Frankenstein

Also getting into classics and really enjoyed this one, it's also a shorter book so it didn't take long to read.

To Kill a Mockingbird
The Call of the Wild"

I second all these. Lord of the Flies was one of my most recent reads so I rank that one a little higher, a must read for sure.

Michael (fisher_of_men) | 41 comments Some of these recs are off the beaten path, but they are worth it:

Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson
Dracula by Bram Stoker
Catch-22 by Joseph Heller
Our Town by Thornton Wilder
The Chosen by Chaim Potok
Address Unknown by Kathrine Kressmann Taylor (not too many people know about this book, but it's a 5-star!)

Of Mice and Men will break your heart but is totally worth it.
Charlotte's Web is just one of the best:)
