Ruth got up and headed back to her cabin to take a nap or to get her armor sì she could practice and get her mind off things

Wylan headed back to his own cabin as well, though not before grabbing an apple to eat.

Enya walked back to the dining hall, just passing Wylan as he exited. “Wylan!” She called. She immediately ran up next to him. “I’m sorry I ditched u but I felt like a third wheel plus Ruth was obviously uncomfortable by me, can’t say I blame her… so… sorry!”

“It’s fine.” Wylan said, not looking up as he fidgeted with the scrap metal. “Ruth asked me to tell you she was sorry about rejecting you and that she just isn’t ready.”

To Wylan’s surprise, Enya burst out laughing. “That’s what it was about?” She giggled to herself. “I’m already over it! Yeah it hurt at first but then I realized I barely knew her! Sorry you had to listen to that.” She smiled genuinely. While she was gone she had been pondering and realized that maybe Ruth just wasn’t for her, besides even if she was they just met.

Wylan gave her a small smile in response. “I’m going to head back to the cabin now, see you later.”

Ruth and one of her brothers headed down to an open space so they could spar. This was one of the best sword fighters and she decided she was not going to lose today

Enya walked into the open area with her friend who was also going to be sparring today. “Go (insert name) you got this!” She called. She laughed as her friend turned back and gave her a thumbs up.
Ruth hears this and turns over to see Enya.

When Ruth looked away her brother accidentally nicked her arm because he was expecting her to block Ruth winced at the pain then went back to sparring even harder this time

Enya watched her friend beat up her brother with a smile. She was extremely happy bad at cheering but she still managed to do it ok…ish.
She could barely see her friend’s face as she fought but she could tell she was laughing. She was extremely loud so a few faces turned to look at her but they didn’t judge… she thinks

Ruth heard enya cheering on her friend and was a little jealous and sad because she didn’t have real friends only her siblings

Enya saw Ruth and smiled, waving at her. But she turned back to her friend to talk. Her friend was trying to convince her to spar but Enya had no partner.

Ruth got a lucky move out of her brother and knocked his sword out of his hand. Her and her brother shook hands and her brother went back to the cabin so Ruth decided to talk to enya

Ruth walked up to her and Enya didn’t notice until she said something

“Hey enya how are you?” Ruth asked

Enya whipped around, shocked to see Ruth talking to her. She grinned though. “Ehhh I’ve been better. How about you?”

“I am ok” she said breathing heavy because she had just gotten done sparring

“You okay? You seem pretty out of breath.” Enya asked concerned for her sorta friend

Enya smiled. “Ah well you should get some rest then!”
