“Ok well let’s check that place first.” Enya agreed, still skeptical.
(I am assuming Wylan isn’t with us right?)
(When did she get skeptical and what about?”)
(Idk I think that she doesn’t believe that someone would go through all the trouble to take Ruth’s sword to just put it in the weapons room?)
“Come on” Ruth said before going past enya out the door, she was getting increasingly angry as time went on and she didn’t have her sword
Enya saw Ruth getting irritated and she quietly followed, not sure if she should say anything
When they got there she opened the door and stepped in, it was very dusty but Ruth didn’t see her sword right away so she started rummaging around
“Ruth we shouldn’t just throw these around.” Enya whispers, unsure if she wanted her opinion
“WELL WERE DO WE START THEN?” She snapped. She stopped being mad, she shouldn’t yell at enya “enya I’m sorry”
Enya flinched, going silent. “It’s…fine.” She said quietly after a moment. “Um…im just gonna go..” she turns around
“Enya please, I’m sorry” Ruth said in a begging tone
Enya looked over at her, chewing her lip. “It’s fine.” She repeated. “But I think you would be more efficient without me here.”
“No enya-“ Ruth stopped “ok, how about we wait until morning to see if it shows up”
“Ok.” She agrees, lightening a bit but still kinda tentative
Though Ruth wasn’t a hugger person, she grabbed enya into a hug and said “I’m sorry I understand saying it so many times makes me seem like I don’t mean it but I truly do”
Enya hugged her back after a while. “It’s fine I know you don’t mean it”
Ruth smiled at her “where did we leave Wylan since we’ve been gone for so long?” She asked enya
“I’m pretty sure Wylan got tired of following us so he kinda just went back to the cabin.” She says with a slight laugh
Ruth grabbed enya’s hand “ let’s go then!” And she took off running while dragging enya behind her
Enya groaned, not wanting to run. “Why thoughhhh” she complained
Ruth stopped and turned “oh, come on enya” she teased
“Running is effort. Effort is tiringgg” she explained, dragging her feet
“I will race you” Ruth said trying to convince enya to hurry up
“But thennnn…” she complained. “You’ll win and I’ll be all worn out all over again”
“Ugh your so boring” Ruth teased
Enya tried to laugh but she was pulled further by Ruth. She dragged her feet across the dirt. “I’m not moving!” She said, falling in place.
Ruth turned around and caught her arms as she was falling
“Thanks” she breathes, before quickly collecting herself. “Eh I should be more careful…”
“No, it was my fault for trying to drag you, Im sorry”
Ruth kept holding onto enya’s hand but walked instead
Enya blushed a bit but she shook her head to clear her mind. “I wonder where Wylan is…”
“We last saw him at the dining pavilion right?” Ruth asked
“Yeah but he isn’t that social he’s probably back at that cabin.” She says
“Ok let’s go then” Ruth replied
(Yeah but we need for Wylan to be in this scene)
(Ok are they on break cause I haven’t seen them post lately
(But they liked my update yesterday so idk)
