I did ask a question in the captain's group about how to best use a supply drop to help cover an overlap, but I've got to head to bed. I'm sure Shelby will keep an eye on it/have some ideas when she gets home.

We did have some quick turn over times on our last few books so we back to ~8 hours per book, so we have a little time. :)

Sorry, no interest in that one for me. I’m badly between my competitive side and my realistic side when it comes to this book battle. My competitive side says read whatever I have to. But my realistic side, which has done that in the past, knows that pushing myself into reading stuff I have zero interest in just for the challenge will lead me into a reading slump, which will overall be more detrimental to the team than any good.

I could do Ends of Being, though they’d probably be able to find ING and we’d be using ENDS. Although, if I’m doing the math correctly, this book would put us at 36 and they are currently at 34 and therefore would have to be at a minimum 37 with their last book? (Definitely double check me on that)

I've got an option that is kind of perfect. I sent it to Vicky earlier on the chance that I wasn't around when the sent their choice. I'm going to send them The Ends of the World: Supervolcanoes, Lethal Oceans, and the Search for Past Apocalypses as I can get it from my library.

Vicky you had said you're down to take on The Jazz of Physics instead, so I'm good with that or if someone else wants to take this one. I'm fine with whatever. But this pick leaves us with 37pts to their current 34pts and I'm doubtful they can find something for RLD, they'll likely have to go to ORLD as least.

I'll start either The Ends of the World: Supervolcanoes, Lethal Oceans, and the Search for Past Apocalypses or The Jazz of Physics first thing tomorrow on my walk in to work depending if someone wants to take one or the other. I'm also fine reading both as I can burn through both audio's quickly and they fit categories for another challenge. I've also started to read the first book in the fantasy series which shouldn't take me too long as they're not overly long so should be ready to start Enyo's Warrior by tomorrow or Sunday as well.

How do you get to the most recent comments without scrolling right down to the bottom of the first page? And where do you easily see if there are new comments?

Did Goodreads make a change? It looks the same to me so far this morning. What does it look like?

The page numbers at the top of the first page along with ‘newest’ have gone. Also no edit or reply to messages. There’s no way I can find of quickly going to the newest messages without scrolling to the bottom of the first page where you can then click on the most recent page number, then scroll through those.

Our own page where our reading and read lists of books are all different too. Kind of spread out so you have to keep clicking show more to see another five or six books in the list.

Guys - was just glancing at the spreadsheet (for no other reason than I'm stalling getting on my Peloton since it's too damn hot outside to go for my normal walk, grrrrrr 85 degrees by 10am is just not ok) and I have to say I'm super impressed with our BOM involvement! You guys are rockstars! I think this is the most I've seen any team I've been on dive into reading the BOM's. LOVE IT!
