2 main characters (females) live with their aunt. One night during a party, the music is turned up very loud. There’s a gunshot, one of the friends is found dead. It’s later revealed she wasn’t shot, but pushed off a ladder. There’s also something about an axe being used. The students are on a boat after graduation I think. When everyone realizes it was the sister, she’s in the bath tub somewhere. That’s all I can remember about this book. Someone help me!! I read it around 2014-2017.

Pretty sure this is Until the End, or, The Final Friends series originally published in 3 books. I remember all those things happening except the bathtub thing, but it’s been a while.
