Hey Kat!For Task 8 - 13. Read a minimum of 750 pages in books tagged/shelved as sports.
Since this is a tag/shelf only task, if the tag is MPG is that sufficient for you for a qualification, or do you still want the specific info (# of tags, page, etc)? Pretty sure I know the answer already, but I've learned never to just assume anything! 😁

If it MPG, just say so as your qualification.
I've gone through and checked all the teams' books for the completions posted in the last couple of days. But I haven't updated the tracking posts yet. I hope to get to that tomorrow afternoon/evening once I get home from an appointment.

Kat, for our new task: Task 11 - 47. Read
I'm not sure because it is in so many cities, I wasn't sure if it had to be just ONE city or if multiple like this one works.I googled Chongqing and go this:
"Is Chongqing a big city?
Chongqing (known in the old days as Chungking) is listed as the third largest city in China after Shanghai and Beijing and ahead of Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu (the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th largest cities in China). Chongqing is home to between 15.7 million to 18.4 million people depending on how the city is defined." https://search.yahoo.com/search?fr=mc...
Setting (from MPG)
China (, 1938), Chongqing (China), Taipei (Taiwan), Taiwan, New York City, New York (United States), Changsha (China), Hunan Province (China), Evanston, Illinois (United States), Columbia University

I'm not sure because it is in so many cities, I wasn't sure..."I don't require a certain percentage to be set in any location - there is no way to know that going in and no way for me to check. The easy answer is that the setting includes New York City, so it works.

Does short collections count? Or does it need to be a novel? Tell Them No Lies: A gripping crime short story collection
Kat wrote: "Does short collections count? Or does it need to be a novel? Tell Them No Lies: A gripping crime short story collection"In general, it needs to be fiction to work for this challenge. And while I would allow anthologies or collections, you would need to read the entire book/collection - not just the part you need for the challenge. It would also need to meet all the requirements for the challenge and the task.
In specific, the book you used in your example is too short for this challenge. The minimum page count is 150 pages.
