Read 2010-2014. I barely remember anything, but there were 2 or 3 sisters and one of them one day got this ability to hear everybody's thoughts around her. She was lying in bed one day, and was so overwhelmed because she heard all the thoughts of all the people in the traffic outside her house I think. The others might have other abilities...?

Bump! New detail: pretty sure one of the thoughts this girl read was how another random girl hated her father.
Also this wasn't really fantasy, it was just a fiction book
