Read around 2010-2014. All I remember is there were all these girls from around the US that were friends, they met at a camp or something. I think one girl was Sloane, she was into tarot cards, maybe horoscopes, and similar things. There was this massive winter storm and they were all supposed to meet for a retreat, but Sloane (I think) was having trouble convincing her parents to let her fly in. At the retreat I think they made snowmen?

The Camp Confidential series by Melissa J. Morgan? It looks like a character called Sloan is introduced in Book 19, Charmed Forces: Super Special, she does have tarot cards, and there is a freak snowstorm in July.
