The first story I cannot remember

The Second Story:

Plot as I remember it: follows a black woman in her 30s who owns a pharmacy chain. It's either several days before or the day before Halloween when a black man in a suit comes in before closing. They engage in a quick conversation and realize they know each other and grew up together. They instantly feel a connection with each other and arrange to meet at a local bar. I can't remember what happened after that but I remember they met up again at Hay Ride, a haunted house situation where she wore a Playboy bunny suit and he wore a condom costume. The couple ends up having a misunderstanding or falling out but they end up back together again in the end.

Details I can think of: James Brown is a big part of the narrative in this story, as the male lead loves his music. The two leads have an age gap of about 5-8 years between them. The male lead is the younger brother of the female lead. They "get frisky" in the parking lot in the male lead's car.

The Third Story:

Plot as I remember it: There is a young woman who has a partner she's interested in but has always wanted a 3-way intimate experience.

The Book: The hook itself was a hard-cover book with a black undercover, but I lost the leave with the name on it when I had the book.

She left town to go to college which is how she disconnected from the male lead.
