what if Nicholas's guards track you down and take you custody. Dustin would be forced into hiding and you would have to deal with N for the rest of your life. But he loves you with all of his heart and treats you like the only person that matters to him. You cut off contact from her parents because they're the ones that sold you into this but then your father falls tragically ill and you want to go visit them but youre worried they wont accept you after how you treated hem. H eventually dies and you dont get an invite to the funeral. this is the breaking point and you run away from the palace. in all those years, dustin held out hope for you to come to him and when he hears you ran he foolishly believed that youd came for him. He sets out to meet you but you had forgotten all about him and instead fallen in love with a knight.

hear me out, all throughout the series I was rooting for fitzphie but after reading Unraveled EVERYTHING changed. Keefe doesnt care if sophies unmatchable and he endured the entire time she was dating fitz because he made her happy and that was the only thing he wanted for her. Even though seeing them together was torture. Fitz, on the other hand, was always angry at her and making her doubt herself and he wouldn't accept it if she was unmatchable. Also Keefe just has an overall better personality than Fitz
