SOLVED. YA Fantasy about an elf girl named Zephyr whose father is in a band. [s]

This book is about a (half?) elf named Zephyr whose father is on tour with a band. She is trying to blend in at a human high school.
80% of what I remember about this book is the elves hexing people.
1. Zephyr hexed her drama teacher to overheat
2. Her mother in a moment of high stress took her kids' voices away
3. Zephyr's arm got temporarily paralyzed
4. Zephyr's little sister tried to make someone poop their pants but it didn't work.
Also there was a mean girl, who I think was human, that was either named, or was trying to get people call her, Belladonna.
It was an odd book...
