Help I read a book a long time ago I never finished. It was about two twins but the father only let one out into public. If one got visibly stronger the other got toned to match. If one got a scar the other got a tattoo of the scar. And the one hidden from the public was like a barbarian and was basically an assassin (I think) and did things if the public one was sick/couldn't go to the event. It was also the future but like the bad future where society was lost and trying to rebuild. The father was famous. I can't remember the year I read this.
