The hero kicks heroine out because there is a video of her cheating. The heroine was drugged and the video was staged. It was either done but the heroine's sister or best friend because they are jealous. The heroine returns to the hero because she is pregnant.

There’s one where the MMC leaves the MFC in their teens because he’s shown a video of her sleeping with her BFF’s brother.

The MFC is pregnant, but doesn’t fight it because the BFF showed up with a bruise and told her the MMC had been cheating with her, and beat her when he found out she was pregnant.

Years later, he comes back to town, finds out he has a kid and has to work to untangle everything that happens. Neither of them cheated.
