Non-fiction book of all the different animals, with descriptions, size and location of each animal

I had this book as a child, definitely had it from at least 2012 but likely years earlier. It was a large book at least A3 with a deep blue hard cover. It was non-fiction, almost scientific but very digestible for young children. Each page would have a few different animals of the same genre and would have an explanation, a little globe with the location of the animal highlighted, and as how the size of the animal compared to a human.

Could it have been something by National Geographic? As a kid a bit before 2012 I had a huge deep blue file folder with a tiger on the cover i believe, and inside diferent pages with the same info you say
