SOLVED. YA or Middle Grade Fantasy book about a girl who has a guardian angel or god mother who is bad at her job and loves to watch Buffy the vampire slayer? [s]

I read this book in the years 2008-2012. All I can remember is how the angel or fairy loved to watch Buffy the vampire slayer and she was really small I think, she wasn’t human sized. I think the human girl was on the swim team possibly. I looked at Philippa Fisher and the fairy godsister, My Unfair Godmother, and How to Ditch Your Fairy, and I don’t think any of them are it because I searched for “Buffy” in the book on archive.org and that word wasn’t found. It was an ultra girly 2000s book, pretty sure the cover was hot pink. I think the magical creature was an angel because of her obsession with Buffy the vampire slayer, and I think she needed to earn her wings. I hope someone can help me out because this is driving me crazy!!

Human TV is very entertaining. Lorelei loves what they call reruns, according to Morgan. My favorite one is Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
