This has literally been haunting me pls help. Princess (with a bad rep) hiding her powers from father(king) forced to marry either king or prince of another kingdom who sends her a guard—but it’s really him in disguise. The first time he sees her she un-alives someone and he thinks she’s cruel. By the end she reveals her power which she kept hidden through walking barefoot (among other things that I forgot) Some other details: she has a mortal brother who is low key afraid of her . She is trained w/ a blade. ( I could be imagining this but I think she unleashed her powers when she finds out her guard—the prince or king—was deceiving her. When they first meet, it is in his POV and he thinks the rumors that she is cruel are true because (here is where I’m not 100% sure) she gives a pregnant lady a choice & un-alives her husband. Also her guard (in disguise) whitenesses her and her father have a yelling match. Ok that’s pretty much all I got. I would so appreciate if anyone could help me out bc this has been living in my mind for so long and driving me crazy. Also I read it maybe a year ago. Thank you <3
