Nanny/Single Dad who has twins, the third act breakup was that the twins got brainwashed by their mom saying that the nanny was at fault for them not getting back together even though they are divorced for a long time

I've been looking for a book and been losing my sleep over this

I read a book about a single dad and nanny. His ex-wife kinda came back and tried to reclaim her place. The kids are twins -- I believe a girl and boy. The ex-wife implanted on the twins that the nanny is the one meddling/stopping the reunion between their parents. When the nanny got fired/left, the kids got sad and actually went with their father to woo the nanny's father. The kids came with gifts for the father. At the end (epilogue) the nanny's parents liked the twins more than their own daughter.

I really want to reread this story and hope someone knows the title of the books. Thank you so much
