I read the book in around 2021 and it was for a school project. Basically in the book the main character gets into a car crash, and accidentally finds this town in I think Maine that has the secret of being able to be immortal by eating or drinking something from this magical golden bush. Basically, the girl gets a crush on one of the boys who lives in the town and she has to decide whether or not to stay in the town(which is where her mom is staying, or to go with her father who is divorced from her mom and live with him). What I do remember though is that the cover of the book was like this pale blue and it had the girl standing next to the bush which was like this bright metallic gold. I also remember that the setting was somewhere very cold and snowing (it was winter during the book). I think it was Maine but I'm not sure. And also this book is definitely middle grades. Thanks for the help!
