hello everybody i need help for retrieve a book , we have forgot the name and the autor , the story it's about a boy on a boat who has to keep moving on a green sea, he's going surfing and he thinks he's going to drown, but in fact the sea is made of leaves, so he falls on branches.

we have in this story white hairy creatures but in fact they're human and always make the same sound, the pirate captain, a woman from the government and the slavery of white creatures she finds horrible and allies herself with the pirate chief, they see 2 children as white creatures
the main character is a little white-haired boy named JON

nous avons dans cette histoire des créature poilue blanche mais en faite c des humain et font toujours le même son , le capitaine pirate , une femme du gouvernement et l'esclavage des créature blanche elle trouve sa horrible et s'allie au chef pirate , ils voient 2 enfant en créature blanche
le personnage principal est un petit garçon au cheveux blanc dénommée JON

P:s : les créature blanche (mutant) vivent dans la crasse et des marécage
