I'm trying to recall the title and author of a children's book I read as a child, likely before 2011. The story revolves around a boy who becomes a werewolf and is compelled to move with his human parents to a city inhabited by monsters, possibly located in a street numbered 13 or 17. The boy forms a friendship with a vampire his age and another monster, possibly a mummy. Together, they embark on an adventure to save their community. The protagonist vividly describes the painful transformations, accompanied by audible 'bone-cracking' sounds. The edition I read included illustrations. Can anyone help me identify this book?".
