It’s dual pov, one pov being the woman who’s daughter went missing, the other being the woman who’s the main suspect (also the mothers best friend).

[Shojo (romance) manga]
Another Romeo and Juliet telling, pretty good if you like kind of cheesy Shojo manga.

But I’m here to give you a recommendation that isn’t just from Booktok.
Ok so if you’re really into disturbing, make you sick horror books, The Girl Next Door is awfully sickening but good. It’s super fast paced, but definitely look at the trigger warnings for it. Like it’s so good STEPHEN KING had complimented it. The king himself has approved it.
