I won't be staying up tonight (I've gotten little enough sleep in the last week lol) but I will be reading a lot for the rest of today, as well as tomorrow.Alas, I will once again be carrying over unfinished books to the new year, but I hope to finish both Under Heaven and The Dead Girlfriend. Under Heaven will be a major challenge. If I'm very ambitious I might also finish Pierre and Jean.
I'm reading Mammoths at the Gates

I finished last half of The Mountain in the Sea by Ray Nayler. When I review, I will rate 5 stars.
I started and finished The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. Le Guin
I started--about 1/3 through--Gimpel the Fool and Other Stories. Dark fairy-tale stories for adults. Too much emotionally/spiritually to take in one day. I will continue on--slowly, considering and pondering.
