Ella Scott | 6 comments The longest book I've ever read was Stephen King's IT! Definitely a trip, especially when I read it in the 6th grade... I'm coming up on reading Sarah J Maas' Kingdom of Ash, which is pretty close to a thousand pages!

page count doesn’t tell the exact story: The Ink Black Heart has the most pages but the lowest amount of words. Just one point in corps-size can make a lot of difference…

I also read that in high school in class and good thing as we had no idea what was going on. It was a shortened version.

I just checked and Shogun is 442,603 words, almost as long as IT.
