Book is from at least 2015 or earlier.
The teens in this world can 'take back' their choices. If they make conscious decisions, they can undo it and return to the other choice.
There is a big emphasis on teens only, it's an ability that leaves you in adulthood.
The protagonist is apart of a government agency looking for older people who still have the ability.
