OK, I’ll definitely get further than this, but just dipping my toes in the water for now.

Thought it was time to show some progress. 1. Pride & Prejudice and Planets: An Alternate-Reality Pride & Prejudice Science Fiction Variation by Renata McMann and Summer Hanford. Audiobook performance by Benjamin Fife. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
As a sci-fi geek since I learnt to read and a Janeite since the age of 11, this is an amazing combination of both.
      2. Mr. Darcy's Miracle at Longbourn: A Pride and Prejudice Holiday Tale by Rose Fairbanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Pride and Prejudice meets Groundhog Day!
      3. Bewitching Mr. Darcy: A Pride and Prejudice Paranormal by Jane Grix ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - ish.
The “Bewitching” of the title is literal. Elizabeth Bennet is actually a witch.
Sophia wrote: "You are off to a good start. That sci-fi has me curious."It’s really good, Sophia, hence the extra-sparkly stars!
      4. The Darcy Monologues edited by Christina Boyd 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟An anthology with 15 short stories, each by a different author. Audio performance by Harry Frost.

Oh hey, I recognize this one. :) And, I love Harry Frost as a narrator.

Harry Frost is one of the best narrators of Austenesque fiction, imo. He does an excellent range of accents in this anthology and his Regency Darcy is to die for!
      5. Sway by Melanie Stanford by Melanie Stanford ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Modern version of Jane Austen’s Persuasion, set in the music world.
      6. The Martian by Andy Weir, audiobook performance by Wil Wheaton 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟The film starring Matt Damon as Mark Watney is an excellent adaptation of the book.
Fun fact for the sci-fi fans out there, especially Star Trek: The Next Generation. Wil Wheaton (Wesley Crusher) is now older than Patrick Stewart was when he first played Jean-Luc Picard.
So, first mountain conquered and on to Pike’s Peak!
Woohoo! Plant that pennant and head to your next climb, Anji.LOL, that is a fun fact. I do enjoy books narrated by Wil Wheaton.

If you’ve seen the film Sophia, Wil Wheaton does a very good Mark Watney. The only slight quibble I have is that he doesn’t do a Yorkshire accent for the character who was played by Sean Bean! I’ll be looking out for more of Wil Wheaton’s performances after enjoying this one so much.

I did see it, but I don't remember it well. I've got the book on my reading list. I'll have to check the library for the audio version. And you would know about that Yorkshire accent. :)
