I remember this one book my grandmother always had at her house, with art very similar in style to Shirley Barber's books. It was a collection of stories about different kinds of fairies and how they're born. I remember the cover was kind of blue on either the front or back, and it had the winter fairies on the cover. The queen of the winter fairies had a tall, thin staff that glowed/sparkled at the tip. I think there were also rainbow fairies in the story. I want to say there's one illustration where a baby rainbow fairy is sliding down a rainbow. Please help!
