For a book with yellow flowers will this one work? They are clearly sunflowers, but are shadowy so they aren't bright yellow.

I'll allow it Katrisa. A friend of mine gave me a seeding of a sunflower that is supposed to have pink flowers. It's on the deck battling extreme heat and now wind. If it survives, it will be a sturdy thing.
May I use Before the Coffee Gets Cold as the first in a series of 4? There are currently 4 books published in the series, but book 5 is set to come out in NOV.
I'm afraid not, Heather. The 5th book, Before We Forget Kindness was originally published in March 2023.series page

OK, thanks! I must have been looking at the English version and forgot that it was translated.
I started reading
for the task: Read a book that has river in the title, or a river on the cover relating to
Lares Trak Roya Inca Trail to Machu Pichu
Checkpoint 1: Sacred Valley
This book is about a young girl's quest along the river Nile to discover the truth behind the mysterious deaths of her parents in Egypt.
Would it be acceptable if I read Jewel of the Nile which also seems to be a quest of a young girl who wants to discover the truth about her parents as Connection #1?
Thanks.
For El Camino taskRead a book with a large tram, train, vehicle, or plane on the cover. This museum is about historical travel, so what is needed are OLD CLASSIC vehicles.
Does this work?
The Red Leather Diary: Reclaiming a Life Through the Pages of a Lost Journal
I have two possible for large man made structure on cover
shows stonehengeand
I am not convinced about either so decided to ask
Janice wrote: "Either would work, but I think Sarum shows the structure more prominently."Thanks I have started Sarum but it is a Loooong book and I can make it last
For the task in Dracula "read a book tagged as Crime" will you accept MPG True Crime or does Crime have to stand alone?
Lares Trak Roya Inca Trail to Machu PichuCheckpoint 4: Huchayccasa & Ipsaycocha Passes
Read a book that is set in the mountains
Would
The High Mountains of Portugal or Paths of Glory work for this task?A few more suggestions for this task would be appreciated very much.
Thanks.
Janice - When I planned this section of my challenge Iron Flame had a top genre of romance. It no longer does, so when I went to report Pumpkin Everything as my next book the link isn't really accurate. Iron Flame is now romantasy, but it has fantasy-romance as a main page genre (romance has been pushed all the way to the second page!). Can you either confirm for me that fantasy-romance and romance will work as both having "romance" as a main page genre or just take a peek at both pages and confirm that they both have "adult" as a main page genre and I'll use that? Just want to make sure it's confirmed before it changes again.
For inspired by literature, Read a book about Ancient Greece, or Rome. - can it be a greek mythology like Circe or does it have to be non fiction about ancient Greece?
For El Camino Trail and an author named James, can it be the last name? I want to check because in my head the task sounds like it's just the first name.
SO.... I realised I hadn't reported my last book that I managed to finish with 2 hours to go on the 31st. And.... I think I have completely stuffed the challenge lol.
I can't seem to find the rules for 2024 anywhere. Was there are rule for working out how long audiobooks are? Or still going with the top rated paperback...
I think I accidentally deleted it. I was trying to copy it for the 2025 rules and my fingers did a fancy dance on the keyboard and POOF!Let's go with the top rated print book, whether it be paperback or hardcover.
It's hilarious :D And what makes things a challenge. My message is to double check the task and triple check along the way that your book fits the task. Just because you think you got it right a few days ago, maybe double check things like page numbers as you may (if me, probably) have read it wrong!
