it was a tween fiction book I read in about 2015 or 2014. it was about a neighborhood where everything is the same and the people act kinda all the same. this girl finds out something weird like shes missing memories and finds out that some people in the neighborhood are wiping peoples memories and storing them in some sort of base? but the main character just tries to get everyone's memories back by the end of the story.

the cover was a bunch of houses that looked the same but one that had more vines around it and just looked different from the other ones.
