Bel, I'm not sure what to tell you. If you know that the problem is on your end and you have not been able to receive pdfs or epubs in the past due to issues with your email account, that will make it difficult for people to get their books to you. Perhaps set up an account with a different email provider for the purpose of exchanging ARCs? I use outlook, and have never had a problem getting pdfs or epubs.
