Larissa (larisssaaam) | 1 comments Teenage boy who’s mind would travel to different bodies while his body was frozen through cryogenics. He would have to fit in with that family/friends without being discovered while also trying to get back to his own body and figure out what was going on. He had dreams/visions about being cold and in pain. I vaguely remember he ended up at the same school twice and he confided in a teacher who helped him figure out what was going on. I was sure the title was either Half Life or Still Life or something but nothing is coming up under those names.

Thank youuuu

Goodreads description of Half Life by John O'Brien - Becca's suggestion:
- ""Who am I this time?" whispered Nathan as he opened his eyes. He realised he had changed during the night. He was no longer Trenton James Mason, the boy he had been over the past couple of months. He was someone quite different, someone he had never been before.

Once again, Nathan finds himself living within the body of an unfamiliar person. Once again, he finds himself part of an unfamiliar family, attending an unfamiliar school, coping with unfamiliar problems. It has all happened many times before to Nathan, but this time there is a difference. This time he discovers clues about his strange, nightmare way of life. This time he discovers a possible solution to it all."
