Night Angel Nemesis question

I just started reading this, but it's been a few years since I read Beyond the Shadows and can't really remember what all happened. I couldn't find a synopsis online anywhere, does anyone know of one? I just need a refresher to remember what the main characters were up to so I'm not quite so lost starting this book, please and thank you!
