It's a picture book and I think the dress was white or blue.
It's similar to Marianna May and Nursery, but definitely not that book.
I remember the character plays football at the end of the book. :)

She plays with different people for each activity. The last thing she does is play football and I think she also climbs a tree.

I think it was mainly a picture book with some words, so the illustrations were very detailed. They were cartoon / water colours. I think it was also set in the UK.
