a pre teen boy goes on holiday with family to a caravan or camp site.

he is bored at the camp or doesn't want to be there. he hides or runs from something, I think, in their caravan or someone else's and he is transported to another world.

he is trapped in another world and supernatural things happen that scared/ thrilled 10-12 year old me.
