I believe this book was published in the early 2000s. I remember the cover had green grass, blue skies and a postal box in the middle and title was above it. I want to say the book was titled “Love Notes” but I can’t find any book with that title. I want to say two teenagers meet ( or they’re already best friends) before heading off to college or in different directions and they send mail back and forth to each other. I think there was a scene where they’re in the back of his pick up truck and looking at the stars.
