Q&A:
Q: Can teammates read the same book for a task?
A: There are a couple of tasks where the team needs to read different books, but if it doesn't specifically say that you are free to read the same book.
Q: Are audio only books allowed for this challenge?
A: If the audio only book is at least 6 hours long - it will count as a book towards a book total or as 150 pages towards the page total depending on what the task requires.
Q: What are the rules if the book is so bad you can’t finish it?
A: I will accept DNFs if you read to the minimum page count of this challenge (150 p.) AND 70% of the book. Books need to be a minimum of 250 pages using the first edition Kindle page count. You must also state that the book is a DNF and explain why in your completion, including the page number you finished on as well. The page you finished on would be the number counted for tasks that ask the team to read a certain number of pages.
Q: Can a qualification be from inside the book?
A: No, the qualification has to come from a place I can check. Ideally it needs to be found on GR, but for somethings it could be on Amazon, audible or the author's website.

1 - Books have to be fiction to count for this challenge, but they do not have to be MPG Romance.
2 - Books would need to have an English language edition.

2 - No, you do not have to complete all the tasks, just the ones assigned during the task. That list is just an example of the tasks that may be assigned, it is not inclusive.
3. - FAC is Featured Author Challenge - it is one of the tasks in RRRC's monthly challenge. I would provide a list if that task is assigned.
4 - Nekkid = Naked, so a book with a cover that has an exposed man's chest on it.

Specifically, if three members of my team each read one book and we meet the page threshold, will turning in that task mean we've used up the pass for the fourth teammate?

For #12 you can do the recommendations however you wish, so it shouldn't be necessary. But it would be ok.

As long as they are clearly fiction, you are fine. Unless the task calls for an MPG or other tag, they are not required for this challenge.

If none of you live in major cities, you are free to use the state if within the US or the country if outside the US.

Yes, every teammate must participate in every task unless they use their one pass per round of the challenge. Even if you only need to read 750 pages for a task and two of you read 400 page books - the other two would need to pass or also read a book for the task before the task is completed.
