Review: Kaden has been through a lot in his 19 years. He ends up on a Ranch in Montana and meet Logan. Logan is the rancher who, with patience, teaches Kaden to trust and love again. Loved this story.

Review:
This is my first Ilona Andrews book and I really liked it! I loved the relationship between Rose and her brothers, the family aspects was well thought out and flowed into the story with ease. I do wish Declan wasn't so good at "letting people come to their own conclusions" but overall the romance was what I wanted it to be.

I really loved the brothers and Rose! I usually have such issues with sibling relationships in stories (people just seem to overdo them a lot and I have a much more relaxed relationship with my brothers as the only girl incl cousins for the most part so I never get why people write brother's has overbearing and think it's a good thing?) and the fantasy element was really cool in it. I want to know more about the Duchess and her family 👀

Review: This was really cute! The murder mystery was pretty light and it focused a lot on building relationships/ giving a view of the town but it was still a good balance. It was easy to follow along and I was intrigued by the characters. Will continue the series!

Completed 11.4.2023 *4 Stars*

This was a delightfully sweet story that didn't fall into the usual issues especially those dealing with loving/dating/sleeping with/marrying your best friend's sister. The family (especially the best friend/brother) were all for the relationship and that was just wonderful. There was some awful, though not immediate, family that made up much of the conflict and drama in this story - I'm glad they got what they deserved in the end. I'm really enjoying this series as I usually do with the author. Well narrated by Jessica Almasy.

Date read: 11/4/23
Rating: 4.5 stars
Review: This was my favorite in the series so far. I loved the chemistry between Zach and Lark. His inexperience combined with fear of abandonment as a result of being kicked out of a cult, was such a unique approach to a character who could have just come across as a hardworking golden boy. Her PTSD from being kidnapped was so realistic. The two of them felt like a couple that needed one another to grow, and I truly loved their journey.

Christy, you need to include how you know the book is set in Vermont - is it in the precis (use a quote) or a tag? So Jane knows where the qualification comes from. Thanks!

MountainKat | 31805 comments I know this is not the one you wanted Michaele, especially after needing to read a HR in TART recently! I still recommend Into Deep Waters though. The audio is very good and I believe I could loan it to you if you don't have it available to you.

Or Option 2 or even Option 3 is a way to avoid another historical.

Favorite ever? That's hard, or well I guess read in the last few months...

I've really been enjoying AJ Sherwood's books lately, so any of her's would be good.

Have you read The Amazing Alpha Tau Boyfriend Project? It's new and it was surprisingly sweet and cute. I've liked all the books Lisa Henry and Sarah Honey have written together (more than those they've written individually).

Does that help?

Review: Y'all know historicals are not my thing, but this was a fun one. There was a lot of action and a bit of angst, but Nathaniel kept the book fun. He was a lighthearted MC who found joy even in his captivity, a great counterpoint to the broody Hawk.

Review: alright read. The main problem was that the story was so cyclical. The killer kills someone, the feds and Morgan go on high alert, and the culprit goes into hiding again. Repeat. Not fun. And the romance was non existent, but the dude asks to her to marry him. I was honestly taken aback lol! The only redeeming quality was the beautiful writing.
