I'm afraid I don't understand as many of the works under this author's name are webtoons. How is it that they are not valid for inclusion on goodreads and yet there are multiple on goodreads?

Yes, there may be other webtoons on GR already, but that is because any user was once able to add anything without regulation. That is no longer the case.
