Why Choose Dark(ish) Romance. Runs from a Party (Halloween, I think).

I am looking for the title of a book that I think I read during the lockdown, so 2020-2021 (ish). The book starts with 2 women that go to a party (Halloween I think). A group of guys show up to the party looking for one of the women, she is on the run from family. She eventually stays with the men that decide to help her and not turn her into her family. Towards the end of the book, the guys find her friend to bring to the house, so she isn't lonely. At the end, the FMC's brother shows up and shoots one of the guys and it ends on a cliffhanger. The group of guys had a name... I just cannot remember what it was... or why the FMC was running from her family. I think when the guys show up to the party to take her, she was on someone's shoulders watching them stalk and fight through the party. She runs when she realizes they are there for her.
