Amy Anderson (sallystitches31) | 147 comments I'm not sure if anyone was going to roll tonight for Nicole since she won't be able to, but I'm usually up as I'm a wonderful insomniac so I can always roll if we need someone still. Just lemme know :) Well granted we have all our reviews in of course :)

message 156: by Erin (new)

Erin | 239 comments That would be great. What time do we roll? I haven't been able to figure that out?

Also we still need Kat to post her review, but as she said she'll do it when she gets home I'm not too worried

SS Team Challenge R5

Alpha Instinct (Moon Shifter, #1) by Katie Reus

Space:17
Rolled:9
Alternate:Book set in Spain
Finished:01/04/15
Rating:4♥

Review:
This is the first time I have read anything by Katie Reus and I must say that I really enjoyed this book. Alpha Instinct had it all Action, Adventure, A Kick Ass Heroine and Smokin Hot Men. I liked the way she Built up her Shifter world and the politics that were involved. This is definitely a series that I will continue to read and enjoy :)

Amy Anderson (sallystitches31) | 147 comments Sooooo none of my TBR list for April falls into this category lol and I have no books in China and really only one #2 book that I'm ready to read. In a way this was easy for me then haha since I had no choice.

I'll be reading Catching Fire (The Hunger Games, #2) by Suzanne Collins by Suzanne Collins. Believe it or not I'm the only person that hasn't read this yet hahaha but I have read the Hunger Games. I was wanting to finish this series this year sometime anyway so here's one step closer :)

SS Team Challenge R5

My Protector (Bewitched and Bewildered, #2) by Alanea Alder

Previous Space:17
New Roll:4+4=8
New Space:25
Alternate:China
Finished:05/04/15
Rating:5♥

Review:
Once again I am delighted to have read another book in the Bewitched and Bewildered series by Alanea Alder. This time we got to met Gavriel's mate Elizabeth who was not only his mate but also a Bunny shifter, yes that right a bunny! Nothing to deadly about a bunny but the woman herself was kick ass. She was politically savvy and knew how to handle herself in those situations. Although this book was a lot more tame then book one it was no less entertaining and was still full of good humor and laugh out loud moments. I can't wait to read the next book!

Erin | 239 comments If the alternate category is China, would it count if the main character is Chinese? The book in questioned takes place in America, but with a Chinese main character

That might be something you would have to ask Jenne

I don't know why I waited so long to read this book! I read the first one many years ago and have already seen this movie. I enjoyed the book so so much! I had a hard time putting it down. I can't wait to read the next one already. I possibly even liked this one more than the first!

Review

For the most part, I really enjoyed this book. I had to take 1/2 a star off though because the heroine did occasionally get on my nerves for constantly flopping back and forth between being ready to commit to Luke and then getting cold feet. She really put the poor guy through the wringer, and it started to become very annoying. All in all though, it was a very fast paced book, and I'll definitely be reading more in the series.
