A reread for me but it has been awhile. I love Dylan and Alex. This is one of the Best fake relationship becomes real books that I have read. I like the evolution of Trent from a prick of an ex to a more understanding friend. this should be read if only to see what Noah, A friend of both MC, does next.

Roger, I know we both posted the garage location in the initial post, but it looks like it needs to be in the review.

I enjoyed this. Light mystery, lots of snarky humor. The only problem I had, was I just couldn't imagine the MC as a 40 yr old man. He really acted like a 23yr old. First time author for me. I'd be looking at more of this author's work

This was very quick fun read. I enjoy the mystery and the recipes that come in the book. Not my favorite in the series but still a good book. I love the main character and her friends. Also some of the recipes look real good : ) A great cozy mystery read.

An enjoyable installment in the Cousins O'Dwyer trilogy. I really like how Nora Roberts blends magic, romance and Irish culture in this trilogy. I also like how the present is weaved with stories from the past about the first Dark Witch, Sorcha, and her battle against Cabhan and how the current group of six friends are really coming together to battle Cabhan. I look forward to the final battle in the third book.

#1 in series Deceived

Deceived and Other Tales
3 stars

This books was comprised of 4 short stories, and one longer story. Set in a made up regency era in which MM pairings are accepted.
Deceived, Scandalous, From Afar 3 stars each -- I enjoyed all of these stories, but they ended right at the point the couple got together.
Lessons - -4 stars, a rake seduced by the innocent plot - -I really liked this one
The Highwayman - 4 stars I liked the mystery, but there was very little romance

There are more stories in this world and I intend to read them.

I really like this book! It was a very unique look into the shifter universe. I liked the heroine however
, the hero was wonderful. I truly was immersed in this universe. It started a little slow but after the first ten pages I was hooked. Will definitely read more from this author.

Flirting with Fire (Hot in Chicago, #1) by Kate Meader
Finished: 3/31/15

I enjoyed the prequel for this series in an earlier anthology and was looking forward to the release of this first book. The Dempseys are a firefighting family of foster kids who will do anything to protect each other. Kinsey is a PR genius for the mayor of Chicago charged with repairing the bad boy image of one of the elder Dempseys, Luke, and the Chicago FD after a scandal. Both Luke and Kinsey are stubborn, strong-willed people who have to get over past hurts to be together and I loved watching their story unfold. I like to read series that revolve around families so I will definitely continue with this series.

This book had an interesting start and then it sort of fizzled out. I felt sorry for all Hannah had been through in her life. But then I was stunned by what she did in the end. James Patterson's books are usually good for a quick thriller read so I will probably continue with the series at some point.

Finished: 4/6/15

I liked this installment in the Kitty Norville series, but it felt like the plot lacked focus and was not as good as previous books this series. I kept thinking that maybe this book is just setting up for something to come in future books. I love the relationship between Ben and Kitty and how protective he is of her even though she is the pack alpha. The gang is now headed to London so I will continue with this series and hope it returns to the level of previous books.

It's not possible for me to rate this book with any objectivity. It's the last in a series I didn't want to end. The 1st in the series is one of the books that got me hooked on m/m genre. It was fufilling in many ways, but some things were left undone. The author has stated that this is the last one in the series, but I don't think she firmly closed the door.

This one was interesting. The heroine was a kick butt character that was very fun to read. The book was fast paced full of action. Sometimes though it seemed kind of of rushed and the pacing seemed a little off. It also reminded me a lot of some of the other popular book in the urban fantasy genre such as the Anita Blake series. But still a fun read.
