Book (first in series) about an ancient race of cat shifters that turn to somke - a girl is working as a sommelier and a group of these shifters track her down, she is the long awaited queen or something. Her parents broke a rule and were killed I think, one was human and one was shifter... She ends up being able to shift into anything she wants. I think I read this back in 2016 or so. The cover was white with the outline of a woman's nose with cat like eyes, kinda purple and green shading I think?

Possibly had the word Shadow in the name
